“房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。”

“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”

“Property is in the middle of renovations. To be honest is sorely needed. Everything in the room was very old. If you are a get up and go quickly person this might not be the hotel for you. You have to wait for a good cat shuttle reach time you go from your car to your room. Especially with luggage. Otherwise I think it will be very nice once the renovations are done”

“Unit was very spacious. Had everything we needed for extended stay. Amenities were great. My only complaint is that my teenage children were not allowed to join me in the fitness center even though they were accompanied by myself. ”

“House was beautiful. Loved the pool area. Enjoyed how kids rooms were decorated with Disney themes. ”

“Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. ”

“We had a great time staying at the resort. The property was secure and nearby shopping, grocery, coffee shops, amusement parks, and main interstate. The staff on the property were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed for two weeks and were visiting our new grand baby. Our children were able to visit us as well on the property for an afternoon and it made all the difference in our gratitude for this resort. The unit was clean and spacious. The washer/dryer was a huge help. As one who enjoys……
