“We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil……

“Property was great. Had no communication as to how to get in the property. After getting no where with guest portal or customer service line, we drove to the office and luckily caught an employee on the way out. He was able to get us some instructions on how to enter”

“We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!”

“Property was very comfortable and clean. We loved having 3 bedrooms and being right on the water. The house had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Being right on the water, there were quite a few mosquitoes so we wished we'd brought some bug spray. There were no screens in the windows so we were disappointed we couldn't open and enjoy the sea air. We did find a dirty towel/rag in the shower that was missed by the cleaning crew. I would also suggest adding a hair dryer in a couple……
