“Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Downtown Billings. This is a well-run ship with friendly people who care, attention to detail, and cleanliness. I have stayed at other hotels in Billings and I think this is the best one by far. The Doubletree across the street would be their top competitor, but my stay there wasn't as pleasant. The area is great for walkability and dining options. I cannot say enough good things about the Northern!!!”
“Decent hotel, but honestly I like the Northern better. Staff is okay, the bar on the main floor is good, but the bar/restaurant Montana Sky on the top floor is so weird. There is no staff present, and hardly anyone ever goes there. Still a good hotel, but if I had a choice between here and the Northern, I would take the Northern.”
