“I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. “room and service are good. I stayed there totally 3 nights, the first 2 nights were good, but I killed >10 mosquitoes at the 3rd night! I can't sleep well... But except for the mosquitoes.. it's good hotel with excellent neighboring scene spot, the Groot Begijnhof van Leuven. It I can confirm no mosquitoes any more in my room, I will go to this hotel again!”
