“Great staff! Stayed here a number of times and the check in had always been easy. The folks at the bar/restaurant are always gracious as well. ”

“Everything was good, except the valet Parking. They charge $50 for the valet parking. We text the valet ticket number and then we have to go and wait for considerable amount of time before the car comes out. The valet has to wait on us and we should not wait on the valet when we are paying $50 for one night. This must change. I could see they were very short staffed. Yet they were charging every exorbitant amount, but not staffing up well to provide good quality of service. ”
