“Went to visit family and looked for a hotel in the center of the city. I arrived early and hotel staff was able to check me in early which was greatly appreciated . Room was clean and spacious . Hotel had great amenities to include gym, pool and spa which they allow you to use the sauna and Turkish bath complimentary . The breakfast buffet was amazing . Only thing I can encourage to improve is the restaurant waiter response . The food was good but the staff was either overwhelmed or simply slow.……

“El personal es muy amable, la zona bien ubicada, te puedes desplazar a algunas zonas de interes a pie, comprè el tour a termales San Vicente a una cuadra del hotel, tienen un personal Seguro del hotel que te puede transportar a lugares màs lejanos, la limpieza adecuada, el desayuno rico pero la aumentaría en cantidad jeje”

“No te daban agua ni al llegar . Me fijé que en todos los hoteles que llegue te daban una botella de agua al llegar , pero aquí ni la primera fue de cortesía . La ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que no podías abrirla y la llave de mi cuarto abría otros cuartos . Fuera de eso . La recepcionista muy amable . Y la chica del desayuno increíblemente eficiente . Estuvimos muy agusto ”
