“I only stayed because hotel was convenient for being picked up as I had a graduation to attend too and was close by. I have never been to the Hard Rock before and was blown away the size and the amount of people there. The room was VERY clean, and I enjoyed my stay.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Great location on water Street in Tampa! Love that there is a connecting walkway to the JW Marriott and can also use their amenities. The hotel was extremely clean, well maintained, and the staff was very courteous. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.”

“Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool was awesome, huge, windes……

“The hotel staff and property were great, super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable able the area. The only down side about The Epicurean is the pool area, it’s like a holiday in pool, it would be great if they remodel so it matches the rest of the property great features ”

“There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there.”

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……
