“Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were given a room without the view we paid for. It was so late that we had to take it. When we got to the room the AC was broken and they didn’t have anyone to fix it until the next day. It was too hot so they found another room for us after midnight. It was a terrible start. Luckily the next room was better and the hotel stay was great after that. Only other negatives were the tiny bathroom and the way overpriced drinks that we were charged above……
