Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. “First, the pictures don’t match the property, the address is not the same, the title is not the same as the Apartment complex. It appears to be illegal to rent the condo in this complex, which is often the case in Toronto area. So you are risking to be a trespasser, if you are renting and be physically removed by security. As for the apartment — it is in a very rough shape. Carpet is all stained, walls have holes, two out of four chairs were unsafe to sit on. Here are the pros— the condo is……
