“We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. “We had a very enjoyable five days here with comfortable rooms. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and warm. Especially on the first day of arrival, we encountered some car rental issues.
