“The thing that impressed me the most was the friendliness of every staff member we encountered during our stay. Never experienced that before at a resort. We stayed in a mini suite which overlooked the pool and mountains. Great view! Very comfortable for 3 people especially having 2 full bathrooms. This is a great property and highly recommend. “Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. ”

“far exceeded our expectations! The parking was simpler than some prior reviews made it sound like.Same as the elevator. Hot tubs were very nice. Only downside was the sauna was under maintenance during our stay. Other than that, the proximity to the hill and overall comfiness of the unit made it a proper 5/5 stay!”

“Would definitely stay at EagleRidge Lodge again. Comfortable home away from home. All the amenities make it great….. full kitchen, electric fireplace, humidifiers, washer/dryer, pool/hot tub, ski equipment lockers and the shuttle. More than comfortable. (2 bedroom/2 bath)”

“A second home. This is no ordinary hotel room. It is a fully functional, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with all the features you could ever want. We called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were greeted by the SimplySteamboat staff outside of our apartment building. They gave us our keys and helped bring our luggage to our room. All information regarding wifi, pool, hot tub, coin laundry, and everything else was on an easy-to-read sheet on the counter. You can use Netflix with the wifi. The kitchen……
