“It was great. Just be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there may be some delay in getting it downstairs when you check out. Of course, they are always busy. I am certain around checkout time. Just be aware of this possibility and plan ahead if necessary.”

“Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for……

“We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.”
