“House was wonderful and communication with James was easy. Access to bikes and beach chairs etc... made packing to head to the beach less cumbersome. The grill was easy to use and ready to go. I would definitely book this house again. -LS”

“What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!”

“Hosts are wonderful, attentive and thoughtful! Location is amazing near Riverside Park and the Beach, great shops and delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The house is spacious and very light. While the third bedroom is a little small, it is very usable and has its own closet. The outdoors is perfect with a big sliding glass door to an inviting patio with fireplace and propane grill. We felt right at home!”
