“Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great.”

“The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. Overall, great experience. ”

“The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!”

“House was lovely. But had problems checking in on arrival, requiring additional emails, texts, and ID measures with owner. Communication could have been more timely ”

“I don’t like leaving bad reviews, so I am going to leave pros and cons. Pros: We loved the condo, the location and the views. 5 stars Cons: 3 Stars We didn’t know that we had to pay $40 for Valet parking a night, because there wasn’t any parking for a Chevy truck. If we didn’t have a truck, parking would’ve been 30 a day and no in and outs. The bed was low to the floor. My husband has bad knees and had surgery for a broken back. Towels were totally hard to the skin. Couch had white……

“The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!”
