“Staff and hotel are exceptional. Gorgeous interior and clean, spacious rooms. My only complaint is requesting and paying for late checkout, but it was not entered in the system. However, the staff did share that a refund of the late checkout payment would be refunded due to not needing it after all. Upon check-in, you are greeted and treated with constant warmth - and provided a cookie and water. Very glad they offered a gluten-free option. I would very much like to stay here again. ”

“My boyfriend and I had the most amazing and peaceful two night stay. The view from our room was breathtaking. The dock had so many activities to choose from and we had it to ourselves almost the entire time. From the robes, the grill, the bath tub, the movies you can rent from the office, this place had it all. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Information I wish I new in advance: Yes, there is a gravel road to put your boat in on the property, the county road to the resort is bumpy, superb grill - bring what you enjoy grilling, the grocery store in Eureka Springs is very basic, each cabin or condo had it's own……
