“Only negative about this property is the musky rooms. Have stayed here twice now and even in 2 seperate buildings, both rooms were exactly the same. But i am still giving it 5 stars because the price and perks definitely make up for the muskyness. My kids think this is the greatest place with the free pool, mini put, shuffleboard, soccer pool, cornhole, ping pong and pool movie night. They also have regular pool and air hockey, but you have to pay for those, but they are 75 cents a game. As im……

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage……
