“A bit of a mixed review. So I guess it depends on your personal preferences and type of visit. This property is an older property with two old very small elevators. Family and friends booked most of the hotel for my daughter’s wedding. Only one of the elevators was working our entire stay. Very inconvenient for a weekend of wedding activities and quick in and out changes. We were on the 12th floor so stairs were not an option in high heels and long gowns. However, the room was more modern……

“Having three different living quarters allowed as little or as much privacy needed for all. We will be back.”

“Inside cabin was nice and clean, everything we needed, loved it was on the water with a dock and chairs provided. Outside needed to be cleaned and upkeep of decks and furniture. There was debris all over could have been blown off and somethings needed just a little TLC.”

“We recently stayed at Five Points South for a family wedding in Birmingham, and very much enjoyed our stay. There were three families in the house, and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of charm and very clean. Great backyard and front porch area. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Birmingham.”
