“Chadwick Cove was recently renovated. The interior is cozy, clean and you have everything you need in the condo. Breakfast in the balcony to watch the sunrise at the bay was a plus.”

“Toilet not working in master bath after attempts to fix….. electrical problem with outlets by stove.. blew circuit routinely Uncovered electrical outlet Large TV in living room did not work after attempts to fix it. Ice machine not working ”

“Very well equipped and comfortable appartement in nice condo with pool and access to the water. We liked the kitchen and the beach equipment. 15 minutes walk to the beach is a bit long, when it is hot in July. Sea was almost too warm(!). After the checkout, we got some unnecessary and unpleasant questions about the parking pass and the beach-towels that we had all left exactly where we had found them.”

“The condo was great. Clean, neighborhood was clean and safe. Was walking distance to the beach. Less than 10 min walk from the condo to the water. Kitchen well equipped. Property has a washer and dryer in common area. But you need quarters. There were 5 of us. It was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. Near walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Short drive to anything else you need. I would stay here again. ”

“This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 preteens. The pool area was spacious and the pool was not too deep for the smaller kids. The Publix grocery store could not have been more convenient and we were able to cook a variety of meals utilizing the generous kitchen as well as the outdoor gas grill. Multiple beaches within a short drive provided options for swimming,, shelling and snorkeling. The property was on a peaceful, quiet and beautiful lake to wake up to in the morning……

“Our stay would have been more enjoyable if the house was cleaned better, wasn't so cluttered and the water didn't smell like sulphur, necessitating use of bottled water.”
