“We loved and always love our stay on princeville. It’s in a prime location and Mari was extraordinarily helpful. The beds are super comfy, the shower was hot and the condo was entirely functional (aside from the dryer) That said there is LOT to improve the quality of this condo. The lanai is super dirty, the pool equipment was rusty and filthy - we didn’t use it. Both bedroom are in good shape, while some of the drawers don’t open or have bottoms. The refrigerator is 30 years old but works well……

“Comfortable beds and overall nice. The bathroom door doesnt really shut easily and we couldn't access the washer and dryer because the door garage keypad didnt have up or down arrows like the instructions stated. We did find one cockriach under the kitchen sink but i think thats pretty common for the area. ”

“We enjoyed the atmosphere in the area. It was quiet and well maintained. The golf course across the street was pretty. The daily chicken visit was cute. It was drivable to shopping and the beach. Having a garage was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of outside gear such as beach chairs, snorkeling and bikes to ride. The furnishings were clean but dated. ”

“First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. I believe on some days there is now a food truck that parks there. If it is winter, choose housing on the south side of the island.
