“This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”

“Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. ”

“This hotel is total disaster. The rooms was cold and when we told that nobody even bothered to fix it. The food was almost impossible to eat. Not possibilities to park near hotel. Don't recommended att all”

“Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.”

“Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor.”

“We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.”

“We have stayed here many times in the past 8 years and this was the worst stay. The inside pool was under construction, the one outside pool was also under construction. Terrible roof over the other outside pool. The fridge in our room was filthy and unusable. The balcony/terrace outside our room was also filthy-bird feathers and bird poo everywhere. When we laid our towels outside, came back to them and they had lots of bird poo on them. Food was ok, our waitress Kate, was lovely. Reception……

“Room was very dirty. Manager was very rude and didn’t introduce hisself and say “sorry””

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”
