“Normally, this is my favorite place to stay. However, the last time I stayed there the city had received a bunch of snow (5-7") 2 days before. While some of it was starting to melt, the driveway & sidewalks needed to be plowed/shovled better- especially since it was starting to melt. It was difficult walking to the car across the street & moving wheeled suitcases through the snow. ”

“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Six Cord Apartments By Barsala. From the very beginning, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. Firstly, the property itself did not resemble the photos provided on the listing. The room was significantly different, appearing much less appealing and less well-maintained than advertised. “Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
