“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“I asked for a room overlooking the lake (which I had previously, and they gave me a room overlooking the roof of the pool with a partial view of lake…. far more roof than lake. I wasn’t happy after paying the extra money for it”

“整體而言非常新穎，是CP值相當高的民宿，需要以線上check in 的方式入住，所以一定要有電話聯繫才方便。民宿附近幾乎沒有什麼生活機能是最大的問題，但是離公車站、火車站Bowen Hill都在5分鐘以內的腳程範圍，還算方便”

“航班晚到，12點仍有入住服務。但以對講機確認信用卡付款資料，個資外漏有疑慮。住房設施齊備，退房服務佳。”

“Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good.”
