From the moment the (hotel-arranged) transport picked me up from the airport to when the (hotel-arranged) transport dropped me off at the airport, all the staff were excellent - very friendly, very helpful, very courteous. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, great for a solo traveller or a couple. Had a cabana room that opened out onto the pool, which was nice. The hotel is not big, so the pool, restaurant and gym are all easily……

“五年之前和朋友在这里住了七八天，那个时候有免费的 下午茶和免费的市内交通，有半个小时免费按摩，这次再来，人员都已经换了，所有的免费基本都没有了，可能只有这个平台有半个小时的免费按摩，不过不管住几天只有一次！ 这次住的和之前不同，这次也是房间很大，但是空调安装的位置有问题，直接吹到头部，我一个晚上都没有睡好，希望可以重新安装一个合适的位置，我都想退掉后面的两晚！可惜不能退！ 现在去市区往返4美金，已经快失去了和市区旅馆的竞争优势！因为每晚150元人民币的市区旅馆，我第一个晚上住的那家也不差，而且免费凌晨去大巴车站接我们，而这里要多付一百人民币，两家差距很小，希望以后可以有特别的优势！”

“It was an unpleasant journey. Firstly, facilities are old. Secondly, bath room looks dirty. Thirdly, the sound insulation is very poor that I can’t sleep at night. Most importantly, the waiter of the restaurant on 5/F asked strange questions on the way when delivering drinks to my room. I didn’t expect a hotel staff would ask whether me as a customer has boy friend and whether I am coming with my family and friends. I feel extremely unsecured, afraid and disappointed. I do not recommend……
