“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.”

“Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option.”

“You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. ”

“This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.”

“J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. “One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. The a la carte restaurant was also utterly delicious & not just buffet-style stuff plated nicely as they often are. And having a selection of local drinks to try was a great……
