“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. “This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.”
