“J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. Le restaurant gastro n'était pas là la hauteur de nos espérances : service et nourriture; Pour le reste c'était tres bien.”

“The hotel allowed early checkin and late checkout. There is a water park attached and water slides in the hotel pools. The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs. I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children. I did not like the fact that there was only one ladder to get in and out of pool. Need more strategic……

“Flott hotell nærme byen og strand. Romslige og fine rom. I april var det ikke mye folk der, så ikke noe kø eller kamp om de beste solplassene. God og godt utvalg til frokost, men skuffende at de går tom for frukt, grønt og noen meieriprodukter når det ikke er fullt hus, vi var ikke seint ute heller. Bestilte tid på Spa, flott anlegg, flinke folk men engelsken er såpass dårlig at det blir litt gjettekonkurranse på hva de egentlig sier/spør om. Vi hadde det fint, men ikke sikker på om vi drar……

“Hotel entrega muito bem oque promete, como todo resort desse tamanho, tem bastante gente e agitacao, mas nao foi um problema em nenhum momento. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, limpeza otima, funcionarios muito educados e proativos. Restaurante surpreendeu bastante positivamente, bastante variedade e comida muito boa no geral. “Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.”
