“I travelled Hammamet this hotel because of the wellness spa I want to experience, indeed they have a very good Hamman and also massage service supplied by their professional staff, the massage product they use is also very good smell. I feel very relaxed after several days trip in Tunisia. The hotel location is near the beach and also have outdoor and indoor swimming pool, I also enjoyed indoor sauna. “Staff was amazing. I got a free room upgrade. Loved having an enclosed courtyard. Hotel is actually a resort with shops, cafes, restaurants. I used the spa - excellent.”

“Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in……
