“This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. “We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only……

“Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas.
