“Weren’t helped much when we checked in. Friendly, but just kind of here are your keys have a good night. No direction to correct elevator, weren’t told there was no room service when given the menu. Took a while to get service at the bar. Room itself was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. ”

“It was very great to stay here for 3 nights with kids. We chose here as it was close to Kidzania USA and the shopping mall, and it did be great as expected. Additionally, it was quite convenient to have wash machines in your own room! Everything was perfect except for the pool, there was excrement in the pool water…”
