“One suggestion. My wife and I ordered room service dinner - 2 salads and a shared entree. When delivered we received only salads, no entree. The person who delivered knew they were out of entree, but no one contacted us pre- delivery to ask if we had another entree choice. Very disappointing.”

“We loved the room and the comfort. The only thing we did not like was the buffet. Not much there we like, so we ate elsewhere!”

“This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I……
