“訂了三人間, 還帶陽台的, 沒想到房內小到可憐, 陽台外也沒啥風景, 住二樓直接被一樓遊客看光屋內. 早餐還要另外付費, 參觀看了菜色與一般三星酒店沒多大差異. 地庫停車位更是少得可憐, 車距又小又擁擠. 唯一優點便是位於盤門景區, 盡攬景區早晚景色各異美景, 可省去入園門票. 以後若要再來, 我會選隔壁的吳宮御宴酒店試試”

“First of all when i check in , the front desk staff told me the room type i booked is not available and she can offer a free upgrade to me to a executive room with bigger room size but the shower and bath tube are integrated. i was no choice but accepted the offer. Actually the room is big but the facilities are very old . 1. the freezer is like a display box w ligithing , it is totally not work and even hoter than room temperature. 2. “There is a bakery on the first floor of the lobby which was very convenient for early mornings. There was a washer dryer but the drying takes 3 hours and it's not very sanitary because other people were able to put their laundry together with our laundry. The bathroom facilities were good and so was the bedroom. The staff were really helpful and assisted us with every question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”
