“We love the area. Home is only 20 minutes away but it provides a refreshing oceanfront vacation. Love Marlin Moon restaurant and the bartenders. Only downside was 1 pool was closed and not much water pressure for shower.”

“place wasn’t to clean,lots of stains on bedsheets,bathroom wasn’t to clean either. very nice view tho. ”

“The bayfront townhouse was an excellent accommodation. The unit was furnished nicely, had many updates and nice amenities. ”

“So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. Couldn’t find a thermostat or……

“Property was in very good condition. Owners pride showed throughout. Convenient access to the pool, beach, and Island’s Tiki Beach Bar. Only issues were: outside shower did not work and property management did not address after several inquiries.”

“We had an amazing time. Sea Colony is a lovely place for families. The rental was great. Lots of space and great views. We would stay there again. The ONLY thing I think that needs to be changed in the rental would be the bedroom carpets need to be ripped up. They were a bit dingy, but otherwise great place! Thank you!!!”
