“Great place, they are in the middle of some construction but it was not a problem. Friendly staff and the starbucks mini pop up thing in the lobby was cool. The waterpark was sweet and not as busy as i thought it would be. Would stay again without a thought!”

“This house was a perfect location for one leg of our Arizona road trip. We wanted to spend some time on spring break watching spring training baseball but we wanted a location somewhat central to different ball fields in the Phoenix area. This home was great and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. My kids really loved the spike ball and corn hole in the backyard. We would have loved to have the option of heating the pool since it was March, and the pool was so freezing we couldn’t really use……

“Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places……
