“Some renovation was under way , but was not a factor in my experience. Business center computers were both out of service at the time.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“房間很大舒適，地理位置尚可，停車場很棒，早餐雖然種類很多但品質一般，優點是可以選擇中午才用餐，櫃檯服務熱忱很低，兒童遊戲區只適合小小孩，大孩子的遊戲項目都要另外付費居多，體驗住一次即滿足，礁溪鳳凰酒店的明亮感會更有幸福氛圍。”

“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”

“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”
