“地理位置不好”

“Took hours to find my booking even though iI prepaid tgree months prior. Hotel was very nice and new though and probably best in area.”

“Huge Hot Hot Hot and insistent Huge room, very nice but very hot. There were 28°C and all night the air conditioning (very noisy) turned on did not get it below 26.5. You have to be lucky to find some English speakers at the reception (not everyone does it). The laundry bag was missing in the room. I requested and only the day after arrived. The housekeepers came to bring me the clean clothes but they wanted payment in that occasion only cash. I tried to explain that I would pay by credit……

“I am pretty sure this place does not exist. I looked for it on Didi and Amap, and could not find it. I went to the place where the location is on the map on the app, and it was a government building. I messaged them through the app, and never got a response. *DO NOT BOOK HERE* ”

“现在国内的酒店整体价格都偏高，这个酒店也差不多。设施还可以，但是服务还跟大不上，总体管理水准一般，不到五星标准。”

“入住的時候，飯店的櫃檯人員只有一位，人手明顯不夠，沒有任何的招呼沒有任何的服務，整個亂成一團，已經超過入住時間一個多小時，還沒有辦法入住，因為房間沒有打掃完成，旅館人員讓我們把行李先放置到尚未打掃的房間，並匆忙給了房卡，人就消失不見了，完全沒有解釋有關飯店的任何設施和服務，晚上回到旅館的時候，房間沒有打掃乾淨，完全失去了標榜該有的水準，比三星等級的旅館還要不如！浴室內沒有任何可以吊掛毛巾或衣服的地方。一大早先到國企四，然後回來吃早餐，你在房間前泊泊把請勿打擾的燈岸上，回來沒想到房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。一大早先到國清寺，然後回來吃早餐，離開房間前明明把請勿打擾的燈按上，沒想到吃完早餐後回到房間，房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。很糟糕，因為有一些東西被丟掉了。 早餐的果醬沒有了，詢問餐廳人員，直接大聲回答用完了！咖啡的杯子也都有缺口。這是第一次遇到這樣等級的酒店早餐果醬用完的。總體而言，就是立意良好，但經營不善、管理不善，人員專業素質不足的一間酒店。唯一慶幸的，是反應之後，有一個服務人員態度良好，並且積極的想要做些什麼。但，酒店本身的經營是很有問題的。”
