“The parking garage access is odd when you arrive and the front gate by hotel is closed. I was driving for 8 hrs prior and did not see any additional information in email. Limited signs in the parking garage made finding the check-in (the bar) confusing PLUS have to go up/down stairs with luggage. The elevators are super confusing. There's no buttons in the elevators. instead a touchscreen in the lobbies and room keycard required to access the floors with rooms. It also doesn't acknowledge the……

“Unique property, well managed, wonderful and friendly staff, convenient to downtown ”

“Property was chic and had a very cool vibe Room was very nice and quiet. Room and property was clean. Only negative was that we paid for a “river view” and the river was several hundred yards away ”

“We had the unfortunate honor of being 6th floor guests of the hotel when the elevator lost service. We only stayed overnight (in town for Bonnie Raitt) so our trek up and down the stairs six or seven times was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The staff was apologetic and very helpful in trying to make the best of an inconvenient situation. We would stay there again - really like the accommodations, convenience, walk ability of the area, and downtown in general. ”
