“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“We chose this place for a romantic overnight. Unfortunately, the room that we chose was an adjoining room with a chatty kid next door. We were very happy that the concierge accommodated our request for a room change. Once that was settled, we enjoyed the clean room and woke up to an amazing view of the sunrise over Lake Michigan. ”
