“I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very……

“I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“房間很大很舒服。但是浴室設計不太好，shower的地方不論如何調整蓮蓬頭，水都會外溢，造成地板很濕。此外，建議房間內也要放個垃圾筒。”

“Se nota es un establecimiento que no tiene muchos años y todo se ve muy nuevo y bonito. Tiene muchas zonas verdes, terrazas interiores y exteriores. Lo único que la habitación es algo pequeña, aunque ya lo sabía cuando hice la reserva por lo que no me sorprendió, pero da un poco de sensación de agobio porque apenas hay espacio para moverse. Pero la habitación nueva, muebles nuevo, el baño nuevo y eso se nota. Además tiene cerca el metro, buses y no está muy lejos de la Ciudad de las Artes y las……

“Location is just excellent, close to all touristic attractions. Everything in walking distance. Hotel is new with modern, elegant style and very cozy, the bathroom was so great! Staff was absolutely wonderful during whole our stay: super supportive, friendly and dedicated, even positively responding to our small innovations for breakfast menu.. . We were very satisfied for choosing your place. Highly recommended. ”
