“The condo was great. Clean, neighborhood was clean and safe. Was walking distance to the beach. Less than 10 min walk from the condo to the water. Kitchen well equipped. Property has a washer and dryer in common area. But you need quarters. There were 5 of us. It was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. Near walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Short drive to anything else you need. I would stay here again. ”

“Well decorated condo! The location was perfect. I was able to walk to the main pool and the satellite pool was even closer.”

“Very well equipped and comfortable appartement in nice condo with pool and access to the water. We liked the kitchen and the beach equipment. 15 minutes walk to the beach is a bit long, when it is hot in July. Sea was almost too warm(!). After the checkout, we got some unnecessary and unpleasant questions about the parking pass and the beach-towels that we had all left exactly where we had found them.”

“Gorgeous house! The photos don’t convey how spacious and well appointed it is. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were two living spaces. Comfy beds, bedding and towels. Nice amt of starter k- cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Loved the indoor/outdoor living and comfy outdoor furniture by the beautiful pool. Really appreciated that it was dog friendly. We even had dog bowls and doggie waste baggies!”

“The good: very close to the beach! Next to the trolly if you don't feel like driving. The apartment is in a nice and quiet area. The apartment provides most of your needs, but not like other properties I've been to. The bad: The only reason I chose this place for a very high price was because it clearly states they have a gym and fitness area. Apparently this is simply NOT true. There is NONE. The property is very outdated with minimum amenities. Sheets are cheap microfiber, pots and pans are……

“The building was under construction which was not revealed to us prior to booking. Inside the windows of the unit were filthy. The TV in the bedroom did not work for half of the vacation and the shower had a governor on it and was warm at best. Being under construction the pool area was dirty and very open to all the workers. the hallways all had building paper down. Very disappointing!”

“No pude pasar ni una noche por que la casa por dentro se siente a humedo y se siente en el clima polvo y tuve que yebar a un hotel ami familia por que no sentia segura ami Familia en esa casa y al yegar ala casa todo es diferente como esta en las fotos no beo respuesta sobre mi dinero ”

“This was our second time staying at this location. Patrick was super helpful as in the past. We had a blast catching fish off the dock, swimming and Kayaking. This time we had our 1yr old grandson so the large pool area was so nice to have. Thank you Patrick for providing a memory filled vacation. The Sandillas”
