“Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.”

“The manager Sam was absolutely brilliant and went out of her way to make our stay an enjoyable one. The rooms were clean and functional but there wasn’t a fridge for drinks or for food.
