“Well located and well maintained hotel. Nice & clean bedsheet, nice hot shower. However, the reception was not super helpful and there's no place for a coffee with visitors between 10am to 11am (breakfast closed at 10am, and bar will only open at 11am). ”

“I had an excellent stay at PURO Warsaw Old Town. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town and right next to green parks and cultural spots. “Veldig fint hotell. Fine rom, hyggelig betjening, ligger nærme kollektivtransport. Styr unna baren på takterrassen, de tok nesten 20 zloty i tips lagt på en allerede meget dyr drink. Norske priser. Vi drakk bedre drinker for langt mindre. Vi spurte også de ansatte om tips til spa. De foreslo ett, som ikke hadde ledig tid, og det var det. Vi klarte å finne et spa med ledig tid selv, men forventer mer av ansatte på et femstjerners-hotell. Hadde uansett bodd her igjen! ”
