“Great location. We booked to take advantage of the free express passes for the universal parks, so was a holiday within a holiday. We requested adjoining rooms, which was done. Large, comfortable rooms. Perfect for a short stay. We had a problem with the electric sockets/lights along one side of the room but didn't notice until bedtime. When I mentioned it at checkout (so it could be fixed for the next stay), they were very apolgetic & gave us vouchers for the starbucks. I am sure they would……

“Home was clean and well decorated. Very spacious and the kids loved the themed bunk room. Private pool was small but paid for the heat which was worth it. Resort amenities are somewhat underwhelming ”

“Any question I had was answered, every problem solved, and the customer service was amazing. The process was simple and smooth from check in to check out. I wish they had more parking space but I understand they have to work with what they have. ”

“The outlets in one of the bedrooms shorted out anytime you plugged into them it would short the lights in the room out. One of the bathrooms had no hot water and the other bathroom had no water at all in the shower. ”
