“Spacious. Facility is a bit old. Hygiene is good though not spotless. Staff are polite and helpful. They also have coin-operated laundry machine.”

“Everyone was super friendly, and the bed and pillows were sooo comfortable!”

“The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but……

“I was an hour and a half early to check in. I asked if there were any rooms available and Emerson was able to get one for me 45 minutes before check in time. He went above and beyond and I’m grateful for that.”
