“Welcome tablet was not there to find as described. We tried to check in early and let the property know three weeks in advance. At that time the only way to contact them was via email. Those emails were returned with a simple “request denied.” One day before check-in I received an email with an 800 number to call. I called tasking them to check in at noon instead of the regular 3pm time. I was told that for every hour I wanted to check in early, I would be charged an additional $20/hour.……

“We received the apt with the dishwasher full of plates/mugs/pots/silverware. The dryer machine was full of clothes too. And smelling as food when we arrived. So I think the cleaning charge is not a fair rate due these conditions.”
