“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed in Joe’s Tavern and it was great. The place is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Just beware the shower is downstairs and it does get colder down in the bathroom than the upstairs. I would also suggest having a luggage holder or something in the downstairs bathroom since there’s no where to hold your clothes. Also the upstairs bathroom has a picture of an old lady that creeped me out a little, kind of reminded me of the haunted mansion. Overall it was a great stay and I would……

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way.
