“Hairdryer not working. Request staff to change but staff insist to get in the room to check the hairdryer instead of changing it. ”

“Reception a bit messy, billing fault, no one answering call... Overall,staff are nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast good variety, but bad quality, food mainly target local peoples.”

“Comfortable hoyel stay in south Jakarta. The Elite lounge was great value and gave us a quiet place to meet. There is a full range of amenities plus live music in the lobby. There is a shopping centre with great supermarket 7 min walk away. We will stay here again on our next visit”
