“I booked a queen bed room with an extra cost of about 70 dollars but the reception insisted to put me into a standard twin bed room, saying they had no queen bed room left and the rates were the same. … I checked their website and travel apps again. Of course both were not true. It is just cheating. In the end they managed to arrange a queen bed room for me after 20 minutes argument.”
