“There is no butler so expect to bring your bags up the many elevators you will need to take to get to your room! No one helped with bags at all was the one draw back I see at this hotel. Due to the fact that there are many elevators you have to go on. You have to go up to the top, in order to go right back down on a second elevator to get to your floor/ hotel room. The pool is in a separate building but very nice. Just a third eleven you have to take in order to get there. ”

“We were unable to stay at this property and the person at the door would not us in. The person I spoke to by phone insisted someone(unidentified) sent me an email saying there was no vacancy. “Booking my accomidation via "Hotels.com", I was not expecting the nightmare I would encounter during my trip to Miami. Since I booked in a rush I failed to read previous reviews, which would have had me come with diffrent expectations. The "Icon Brickel" is actuallhy the "Vicory Residences" next to the Vicory Hotel, as it is not marked with the right name, the cab driver dropped me off a few doors down.
