“Location and staff were great; however, I did knock down one star because the pool closes extremely early (6pm) so that they can open up for dinner service. Had I seen this before booking, I would not have done so. Upon checking in I was given later hour (730pm) so it was very confusing when I tried to go swim at 630pm. I had tours planned the next morning so I was never able to use the pool.”

“The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. “Since I booked a double room, they sold my room and offer my 5 persons room, unfortunately the faucet was out of order and towels were really dirty, there have a lot of stains. The sleep area have many mirror on the well surround. The feeling was extremely poor. They changed back the room type I booked but no improvement. How come they got that high standard in Hotels.com website. They classified 5 stars hotel, Strange”
