“The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.”

“Since I booked a double room, they sold my room and offer my 5 persons room, unfortunately the faucet was out of order and towels were really dirty, there have a lot of stains. The sleep area have many mirror on the well surround. The feeling was extremely poor. They changed back the room type I booked but no improvement. How come they got that high standard in Hotels.com website. They classified 5 stars hotel, Strange”

“Perfectly located close to tram, stores, restaurants and the hotel has a nice rooftop with amazing views. I had a 5 star experience from the service to the nice bathtub and spacious room with a view. They treat you like royalty from the moment you arrive! I highly recommend this hotel. “Everything was amazing, Lovey place super Friendly staff. Whole experience was so amazing. Spacious room, space was optioned conveniently. I enjoyed every moment. ”

“Critics claim this is an economic city lacking of touristic appeal however I disagree. Plenty of sites to see including the Hassall Mosque, Medina Market and more. The hotel was a great location to even walk to these places and the accommodations were excellent. Breakfast , the staff, the pool was a compliment to the hot weather. ”
