“The hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. When we were having drinks at the rooftop bar, we noticed that the window seats were fully occupied. However, when some guests left, the staff immediately arranged a window seat for us, which was very heartwarming. Additionally, the service and food at their Western restaurant on the 55th floor are top-notch; I believe this is one of the best places for steak in Bangkok. “The clock in the room resets everytime when the room card inserted. The room door is not smooth enough and I heard other rooms “Beep Beep Beep” many many times. The hair dryer is quite dangerous, long hair is easy to roll into the back part. The pool is very tiny which is unexpected. And the pool area is not easy for sunbathing. The “tuk tuk” can be scheduled more frequent. The best part is bulan spa, we massaged there few times. ”

“Superb location, spacious room and great breakfast. We stayed for two nights, love their breakfast diversity, good selections of thai, halal and western dishes. Most of the dishes are different on the two days we tried, even the thai noodle station served different thai noodles which was very impressive. Staff were helpful and cheerful.
